What drives the cost

Three things, and none of them is the choice of AI model:

  • How many processes are in scope, and how intricate they are. One invoice flow is a very different job from five cross-division flows.
  • The state of the systems to be connected. A system with an open API is far cheaper to integrate than a legacy system reachable only through its interface.
  • The quality of the available data. Scattered, inconsistent data adds work before any automation can run at all.

Why we do not resell platform licences

We take no commission from any vendor. Technology choices follow what your process needs, and some needs turn out not to require an LLM at all. We say so plainly.
