Starting point

An AI readiness audit for your business.

Two to three weeks to answer the one question that is usually most expensive to guess: which process is worth automating first, and what it is worth.

01

Discovery

We talk to the people who run the process, not only to management. The real flow almost always differs from the SOP.

02

Systems & data mapping

Where the data comes from, what state it is in, and how each system can be connected — including those without an open API.

03

Use-case scoring

Every candidate is judged on the same questions: frequency, cycle time, and the cost of a wrong output.

04

Roadmap & presentation

The implementation order with prerequisites and measurable targets, presented directly to management.

Why audit first

Building first means betting the budget on a guess. The demo looks convincing, then nobody uses it because the process chosen was not the one carrying the load.

An audit moves that bet forward, to a point where it still costs weeks of work — not months of development already under way.

What you receive

  • A process map showing where queues form and where the load sits today
  • A ranked list of use cases by operational impact and difficulty
  • An assessment of data and system readiness, including integration obstacles
  • A staged adoption roadmap with prerequisites and measurable targets
  • A deployment architecture recommendation matching your data policy

Who this suits

Companies with operational processes already running and systems in daily use — not those still building the process itself. The more digital trace an existing process leaves, the sharper the audit.

If the process itself is unclear, even the best automation only speeds up the mess. We will say that too.

Common questions

What people ask most.

What do we need to prepare?

Access to the people who run the process day to day, and an outline of the systems in use. Formal documentation is not required — it often does not reflect the real flow anyway.

Does our team need its own data scientist?

No. We handle the technical side. Your internal team needs to be involved during discovery and adoption.

Does the audit commit us to implementation?

No. The resulting roadmap is yours and may be executed by your internal team or another vendor.

What if the result says we are not ready?

That is still a valuable answer, and far cheaper to get now than after the implementation budget is spent. We say so plainly, along with the prerequisites to resolve first.
